    Hi mystroh,

    We just got word back from our researcher, Ed.

    Based on our image of the Petit Palais, it does not look like this was taken there. The columns are not the same.

    On a side note, the rolling chairs were used as a mode of transportation at various world expositions. See this article from the New York Times.
