STUDY ABROAD LONDON OR PARIS FRANCE?

which would b a better country to visit to study abroad.. i want to go and expierence it but im not sure how it might go..if any1 has done this b4 can u explain your expierence and How it went for you?..and which is more fun london or paris? i want to learn but have fun also and enjoy it with my friends. also shoping site seeing everything.! ANY HELP AND ADVICE WOULD BE VERY HELPFUL THANKS ! :by the way are these great places to go if im interested in fashion?
