Which 2 cities in France would be the most fun and exciting to go to?
I’m doing a report in English. Its very in depth, and I needed to find 3 cities in France I would go to. Paris is already obvious, but other than that I have no idea. Please help. I love architecture, museums, the country, big cities and stuff are ok but I would prefer something full of adventures and cultural experiences. So if you could give me suggestions it would help alot.

When I was in France, aside from Paris, my favorite place to visit was Fougeres. It has an old fortress that was built between the 12th and 16th century. Its architecture was amazing because you could see the progression of the building skills over time.
Anything in the Normandy region is pretty cool. I had a lot of fun playing in the muck while the tide was out. Mt. St. Michel was amazing. The US WWII cemetary was quite a moving experience.
La Rochelle was a beautiful town on the Atlantic coast…unfortunately my strongest memory there was eating a sundae!
